Yeah, I'll remember to bolt it down this time so all being well it will still be on and not giving off the smell of burning plastic

  Loads!

So much needs painting a little list of things:

Rocker cover needs re-doing as it's been scratched and chipped and I'm not happy with the overall finish of it.

Wings need painting and fitting

Need new doors then painted and fitted with colour coded handles and the mirrors which should be done today

Rear bumper I want re-done as some paint has flaked down the bottom of it.

Need to sort the rear arches (Either smooth them in or fix the fixings before PVS - they'll eventually be smoothed but that might be middle of summer)

Bonnet I want resprayed

Rear quarters will be done with the arches

Wheels will be getting refurbed maybe before PVS if all goes well!

scuttle, roof strips, mud flaps, wiper arms and washer jets need spraying anthracite

Coilovers need purchasing (Going to purchase a full gaz kit in June)

rear beam needs powder coating. Not sure whether to go rear disks or stay with drums at the moment.

So yeah a few bits need doing. So much more will be done that's just to get started

Oh and I forgot fit the skirts!

Yeah that's why I've been weighing it up. Don't want it to be tail happy though which some people say happens, love the look of disks though so probably will do a bit more research and see which I'd prefer

Discs arent all that Darryl, but do look 100x better.

i found them best with a bias valve fitted so they can be turned down so they dont lock up so easily

depends how you drive though i guess

Ok cheers Fazz! Are they worth it? Would you do them again or would you stick with drums?

*****UPDATE*****

Well today we got the mirrors smoothed and primed, here's a photo after the first coat of primer.

They need a little more work but that should be sorted tomorrow

Where they meet the base it's smoothed across and also got out the lines that are in the actual front case of the mirror

Sweet, i've got some smooth mirrors to go on mine too, although they've just got the ridges smoothed out. Definitely a good shout though, will suit the rest of the smoothness going on with yours
