I left the crew, I didn't see any advantages to being in one? there's only a select few that play at the same times and you can still easily play with them if you're friends. Yes you may get a little more RP, or be able to put an emblem on a shirt but that's about it.

You always get people like that in survival anyway, 2 people can take the majority of the kills by being in good spots. There's a few on every survival that enable you to take cover and kill pretty much anything in sight. So there will always be people with only a few kills. It wouldn't bother me, I'd still be getting my 20k, and I'm pretty sure you get more RP for killing more people, or sometimes it can be picked up from dead bodies. I've definitely finished some survivals with more RP than other times anyway.
