Those wheels are perfect imo.
The original Fuch wheels look too dated.
I'd just discovered and fallen in love with a new colour. Tahoe Blue.

Thats a turbo LE isnt it?
Fuchs are dated.... just 'classic'.
The wheels on the 930 (black) would prob suit a 993 I think

Fuchs wheels dated. So are 911s but it doesn't seem to matter.

fuchs/cookie cutters are classics....
I just think newer porsche wheels shouldnt be put on 911's
911's are prob more prone to being backdated than updated I'd love a 911 2.7 RS but they are crazy money now... Even the replica's built from my car (as the arches are nearly right) are about 40k

Those reps are abysmal money. You'd have to be daft as a brush to buy one.
Fuchs rims are de rigeur on most Porsches. Saying they are dated is like saying Minilites or RS four spokes or Revolutions are dated.

I can see why a good replica would be worth a lot. The real McCoy 2.7 is rare engine and very expensive.
To do mine i'd need new wings, bumpers, bonnet, boot and all the various trims... not to mention the engine/susp/brakes/interior. It all add's up.
For a sobering thought... a new wing for mine is £600

Yeah I know. The bits are silly money.
I spent a lot of my apprenticeship working on those and remember being shocked at how costly some things could be.
You shouldn't need one though as they're galvanised.
