I have had cut springs off the badger and when he was confronted about it by Beardy who happens to know the representative from GAZ who apparently made the springs Dave soon offered to send me brand new ones asap.
............About 6 weeks later I still havent got them, well I havent got the car anymore but still 
Oh and while were on the subject of Mr VsportPD he ripped me off with suspension too I ordered gaz, paid for gaz but ended up with some spax shite

Yer the whole gaz thing seemed weird as rich pick4d on here knows people at gaz. as their factory is just down the road from us in basildon. As I phoned them when I was looking for some to get them direct.
They didnt seem to know anything about v sport specific kits

the GAZ springs business was another scam Steve attempted to expose with evidence in the form of correspondence form GAZ themselves. This was done on Weekend Racer, again, he got called a twat etc, and basically told where to go.

i think ive missed alot tbh, can someone quikly sum up whats happened? im gathering Dave A from Vsport has alot of peoples money and hasnt sent off the purchased item, hes got the police involved and fed them a load of bull, where its him thats being the badger?

Basically aye. Took folks money, hald onto it for 5 months until they became (quite rightly) irrate, made it difficult to get a refund, CS got involved, Dave spent time sending threats when he really could have been going down easy street giving folks money back, now hes being exposed as a looser thats been at the fiddle with every deal he's done!!

Pete simply didn't have the money to refund people, due to existing debts of the company.
Unless you've got access to VSports financial records you can't say that as you simply don't know. He could have the money, but might just be holding onto it.
However, how someone gets a nice new building, brand new equipment etc im not sure. That took PVD 2-3 years, without the fancy equipment (i.e Rollers) and that was turning over a million nearly per year (towards the end).
Somehow, I can't see V-sport turning that amount over.
So the situation is similar in terms of people not getting their items that they have paid for, but not in any other way (unless facts emerge about the company finances).
Someone get on companies house and look at his records?
