New build.
We have two options depending on which we like when we get there and how much they're going to cost...
We have an option of a 3 Bed Mew's style (Row of 4), or a 3 Bed Detatched.

We're going to do the 75% thing that Barratt are doing.
Highest it'd be with the Detatched is £116K so the woman was saying on the phone earlier. Going down after work for more inspection along with a nosey around

We went looking at a house on Saturday for £110k, about 10 year old... It was one room downstairs and 3 tiny one's upstairs
It's cheap up here, i just choose not live in the cheaper parts due to the reputation

£116k wouldn't get much around here
Never fear, was looking at graduate jobs early and was one in Tyne-and-wear which is somewhere up North, right?
