Some of you are forgetting that muscle weighs more than fat. A more accurate indication would be to get you BMI done surely.

BMI is worked out on weight to height though isnt it?

I dont really eat crisps, or burgers too often (unless that includes Big Macs, 1/4 pounders and Zinger Tower budger?!) and dont really eat pies unless Im starving at the match.

BMI is no good for people that work out as it assumes you are over weight.

its dead easy to measure your bodyfat % all the gadget does is takes hold of the flab around your belly and has a ruler like reading along the device therefore giving you your bodyfat % at the number it stops at, im sure theres a homemade way of doing it
