I was talking to a mate today who did the same degree as me, but also qualified to be a personal trainer at the same time. We both agreed though that now we know quite alot on the subject it's sometimes off putting,(definatly for me anyway) As I know my my diet is so inadequate I tend to think there is no point in me going to the gym and don't go.
I'm like you cam, eat mainly shit, really don't enjoy eating at all, and the stuff I do is bad for me. I worked out my basil metobolic rate at 1864kcals, did a few diet days diet logs and found that even when I was trying I was only taking in 2000 ish. ITts very hard work the eating bit and i'm not sure i'll ever be able to overcome it.

do you like pasta? (preferably brown pasta) with a basic tomato sauce?
Wholemeal bread?
baked potatoes?
Rice (preferably brown)
stuff like that really, try and cut down the foods full of shit like pork pies, sausages, pasties, And other stuff with high saturated fats in, flapjack etc.

Not the fullfat versions I take it, only thought of flapjack as I was in tesco yesterday and ended up buying the healthy living flapjack after looking at the amount of saturates in the proper stuff. The taste of the healthy living was a let down though.

I don't post pics online, and certainly wouldn't on here

You must be a monster Craig. There's a bloke who goes to the same gym as me who weighs around 19 stone at 5'10 and he's, partly, my inspiration. He's something else when it comes to some of the main compound lifts. Could give some of the WSM a run for their money I bet!
I'm currently at 14 stone at 5'11 after a LONG cut. (Far too long, I missed the carbs lol)
