grow up, this has nothing to do with Dave A. But for the record dave have been great to me giving me a refund on goods that i didnt need as my circumstances changed. 500 quids worth.
He could have turned round and said deal with it, and left it down to me, but he didnt. In my eyes dave A is a good trader and doesnt need to be treated with caution.

Hang on someone has been ripped off - Dave A tried to do this by editting his posts and cliaming he never said they were genunine filters when he did and was proved by a screen shot from someone on here - yetthis goes un noticed
As previously said I wish Dave the best of luck but this site has one rule for one and one rule for another IMO

Whitter, you havnt dealt with me but always seem to bring up bullshit about me.
keep your made up opinions to yourself unless you have something to back them up.
for the record, I have now made over 700 transactions with CS users. only been asked for 1 refund and it was given in full.
this week alone we have had 4 orders from CS members and this weekend we have arranged a CS north east RR day at Vsport. We are also doing a large amount of work on a well known members engine. Stevex16xe and monster are coming on friday for some RR work
If I was as bad as you make out Whitter, would these orders be non existant.
Best thing for Whitter to do is not spout rubish over the net about things he knows nothing about other than what he read on the internet I think.

My post was in direct relation to how this memeber has been treated - and yes its justified. Although not to go into detail about the filter thread it would appear your actions went un-noticed by Ian which does not seem exactly fair

direct parcels. he said the asame to us. there is no such company that we could find. any close company names we rang and they didnt have a parcel coming to our delivery address

So now a businessman with premises who is active on the board every day, has a land line phone number and promised to fix everything to everyones satisfaction is in the same league as someone who forgets where they live and blatantly steals different money for the same item. You are funny.
They were treated differently because they are different circumstances. As Paul says, he phoned me about this to discuss it, and I've spoken to other people it since then about resolving it in the most appropriate manner. The best contact I had in the air filters thread was a load of bandwagon jumpers shouting 'ban!' even though they had bugger all to do with it.
As I understand the filters thing is resolved - and Dave is welcome to trade.
As I understand this other guy is a lying thief - and is has a big red message.
I fail to see how much more complicated you want it.
