I'm going to be rude and ignore Will's question.
Sandy, I always wanted to do it from being very young, geared all my schoolwork towards it, and ignored everyone who said it's too competitive to get into.
And with a little bit of luck along the way, I ended up here. There's times I wish I could have found something closer to home though.

Maybe one day you will. Build a name for yourself and go freelance, be based in Britain?

Suppose its like a lot of creative industries where you have to build up a name for yourself and it could having lots of contacts. Is it all about who you know in that industry?

Sadly yes. When I was starting out, no one wants to take a chance on you, it was onluy by chance that I did one particular piece of work and applied for the job here with it, they took me on.
Once I'm here, I've got to know quite a few people, been offered work in the UK, US, and other parts of Europe. But the situation here at the moment is best.

I went to the farewell meet glad it's all going ok though Ash, all things considered since you've been out there. Must have been hard ( ) leaving your missus, she seemed a nice girl.
Working for Audi at that level though - must just mean you have such a grin on your face.
