Traditionally, Samoan tattooing was done by an artist, assisted by multiple people. The tattooist would use two tools, one a bone-tipped rake and the other the striking stick. Probably be hard to find someone to do it, "normal" tatooists could give it a go, but would never get results like that! He has probably went abroad for his.

Said it was done by a Hawaiian artist.
You'd want it done properly and something that meant something to you and not a copy of his which has specific meanings to him with regards to his family etc

I want a samoan style tattoo done when I go to Hawaii. To have it done properly you have to meet the artist 1st and he'll ask you loads of questions about your life and then go away for like a week and pick the designs IIRC

makes me laugh when people get these shit tatoos of random things like playboy bunnies n shite which cost them like £20,

id be prepared to spend any amount if i was going to get one, not base it around what i could afford.

will look shit in 50 years.

I have been wanting one but i aint sure what i want

can they remove them without them been noticable and leaving scarring?
