as for your wieght gainig supplement, 1 word for you, - mammoth 2500. that stuff is the b***cks 2500 calories per serving, if you are stick thin and need that extra umph then this stuff is for you, normally body builders use it when they get to that stage where there srtuggling to get any bigger, and this stuff just bulks you straight up,, but theres loads out there that would be good for you!!

Just incase you didn't know, 2500 calories is what an "average" man should have in one day. But if your trying to bulk up, you need to get around 4000+.

I go to the gym 3 times a week strictly (Tues, Thurs and Sat), usually doing all major muscle groups each time, aiming to do 4 sets of around 6-8reps. The weight I am lifting has increased significantly, but I feel my gains are heavily hindered by my poor diet. I'm a fussy eater and busy throughout the day so usually only manage 2 meals a day, lunch and a large dinner. Probably not more than 2500 calories. I take a protein shake when I remember.
Feel stupid really as I put the effort into exercising but not into dieting or sleeping. Bad sleeper as well. 5-6hrs a night.

Feel quite strange that I haven't got much bigger though, as some increases are:
Bench: 30kg (start) 65kg (now)
Shoulder: 20kg (start) 45kg (now)
Lat: 35kg (start) 65kg (now)
Tricep (cable pull downs) 12kg (start) 25kg (now)
Dumbell curls (single arm) 12kg (start) 24kg (now)

I remember to get the best gains, you should split your body up (so to speak). Arms and pecs 1 day, back the other and legs the other day...
Think it gives them more time to repair. You tair your Muscles when body building. thats why your body is in so much pain. So when you have a protein shake, it fills in the gaps thus making the Muscles bigger.

not really, more like legs, chest and shoulders, for each the main excersise would be squat, bench press, military press.

whether your just toning up or looking to stack on some size and get strong the 3 areas you should focus on the most is your back, legs and chest.
i would say 90% of your workout should be based on compound exercises aswell(use several muscles during the exercise).
chest and bi boys just look odd

always remember its not how much weight you lift its how you lift it. its not about who can lift the heaviest weight

100% correct. Couldn't have put it better myself.
You'll improve better if you drop 2 weights and do it correctly.
