Same here Robin, id get JSA and housing benefit at about £80 a week... which monthly doesnt even cover the mortgage

But i do feel proud that i dont claim, and i dont scrounge (Boyfriends dont count ) which is enough for me, people who are cheating the system have no pride, unless they are bragging about cheating the System

Andrew i dont think ppl are bad mouthing your sister, and no offence but people in similar situations tend to be branded with a certain reputation

I'm not. but i could claim Incapacity Benifit and Income Support, for reasons I'm not going into on a public forum

IB is £59.20 a week, and IS is dependant on the situation, but only comes in when IB is stopped.

Infact, its hard for me NOT to claim, the government are practically forcing money into my hands

I would take the money Rob to be perfectly honest. The government fleece us for loads of other things so why not claim a little bit of it back?

Amanda and I seem to be getting fcuked over by the council since moving into our new place.

Amanda has paid the council tax on the dot every month, yet they send us a FINAL notice the other day saying we owe them the full amount for not paying up.

about 20 (no joke) phonecalls later, our payments are mysteriously found by some chump and then they remind us that we must pay on time WTF

This country, and everything that goes with it in life is a crock of shit. I would take that money quicker than you can sing the theme tune to Poddington Peas
