I've only ever done silly speeds once in each car I've owned just to see what it can do. Never raced at high speed as I wouldnt want to endanger anyone around me.

Corsa gsi - 130mph downhill with no rev limiter!! Never again it was silly the car was shaking

Civic type R 140mph middle of night M25 no other traffic. Got to 140mph quite nicely but needle didnt want to move after that and I saw traffic so that was the only time I have really opened it up.
