'Rally car' is another way to put it, classic imprezas, newage STi`s and evo 4-6

Classic impreza's 3-4k value... driven by many a paki.... Evo's are a league above subaru IMO... ive said it before and ill say it again

Subaru..... a poor man's Evo

all IMO TBFH

early classic WRX`s maybe, 98 STi`s are still getting 8-9k. very late classic STi`s 12k.

EVO 5 8-9k, EVO6 9-11k.

So the poor mans evo comment needs to be put into perspective imo. A league above in what sense? handling, braking, performance? all very similar. Some say the EVO has a much better and direct steering feel, but other than that?

Theres been several guys on the MLR that have said Imprezas and Evos are just as good as each other. but to be specific you need to compare the STi models.

Well. Either way, we could sit our cars next to each other and i know which one the overwhelming majority would choose. That goes for your 106 too

Besides, i get my new car soon anyway then we'll see

Looked into a new STI and FQ300 recently and must admit the Evo was the better drive of the two however the STI felt a more all round quality product and (so I'm led to believe) doesn't cost as much to run. Styling is personal choice but I must if I decided to go for either I think it would be the STI over the EVO

There's a reason why there's a lot more Scoobies than Evo's.

Scoobies are only cheaper because the market is saturated with them because so many have been imported because they're ace.

Is it because i'm right why you had to resort to being 10yrs old and misquote me?

Lets face it. Everyone says Evo's are better, blah blah.

People aren't really being fair in their comparisons. People are comparing the likes of Evo 6's to cars like mine. When in actual fact you should be comparing an EVO 3 to my type of car. More realistic in price similarity and I certainly know which one looks better. Pre Evo5 are dog poo.

Would it make you feel bigger if i said shit

Evo's obviously aren't more desirable otherwise it'd be the other way around and there'd be a lot more Evo's on the road than scoobies

Scoobies have been their own worst enemy and popularity has driven down the value.

Probably your silliest post yet

Desirability has nothing to do with how many are on the road
