With creatine your supposed to have a "introductory" period of small amounts then after the first week you then increase the amount

So in order to be entitled to post an opinion, you must firstly read the whole thread?
Thanks, but no thanks

lol nope. You said "don't take anything you bunch of pussies.
each more, train hard." If you read the post you'd realise most of the people didn't take stuff

if you read my post, you'd realise that i did not state whether anybody does or does not take "stuff". i was saying "don't" as in "do not" take them.

but remember everyone, you may make big gains from creatine if you stay on it but once your off the stuff you will lose most of the size and be well disapointed!

I took creatine for a while a few months ago. All I could see as a benefit was better muscle recovery and maybe 1 or 2 more reps. I was advised to take 5 heaped tea spoons a day with juice or water for the first 5 days and then 3 heaped tea spoons thereafter. Juice is better as creatine works better with glucose apparently.

You don't realise how naive that statement is.

I ve been using cyclone for just over a week, the same time as i have got back into training properly.
The benefits i ve noticed are:-
Greater strength. (although this is more than likely a placebo effect)
Recovery time is dramaticly reduced.
Am able to push myself further before failure.
Certainly more definition in my arms and upperbody.
I have been training pretty heavily though 9 out of the last 12 days.
I do a large amount of cardio work on the days between weight training.
Try to go for 2000+ calories burnt off each week.
I ve found my self also drinking 2-3 litres of water a day which is never a bad thing. The vanilla flavoured cyclone also turned my pee a toxic yellow colour which adds amusment to toilet time

Mate what you talking about, most creatine products are to be consumed with either pure orange juice or any other form of fruit drink.

its not a good idea to as citrus destroys creatine and turns it into creatinine. Water or a sugar carb based drink is the best liquid to take it with

what's so funny, Its been discussed that manufacturers are irresponsible for slapping that (taking it with citrus)on the side of their creatine products
