tbh, i wouldnt be suprised if alot of the numbers have been changed or not in use, considering this list has been around for the last few months

but think about the hassel of getting people to know your new number? - it's not like if you change your number and just message all your mates saying 'I've changed my number to ...'

why not?? when ive changed numbers in the past ive just texted everyone in my phone book with my new number etc
