I actually think spurs and arsenal will fill the CL spots.

Spurs are better against the top teams now. They will finish 2nd or 3rd

Very true but looking at that link 'ary has spent a fortune since he's been in charge, and doesn't really have anything to show for it. According to that website united have only spent 4 million more net than spurs, which puts it into perspective really.
