New update, sourced a corsa with a let running so bought it to break and use the engine for mine Also GMD has moved in my new unit so I can work on her

Drove it for a week to see if it was any good and she was mint only thing was I used a lot of petrol but all in good fun

Spec of engine:

saab injectors
e.d.s phase 2 chip set
cossie 2wd fuel reg
2.5 stainless exhaust system
hybrid turbo
xe inlet cam with kent cam pully retarded to 5'

around the 260-280 mark People say with the mods above

Almost got the the engine out here, don't have many pics of it but it wasn't to bad;

Pics of the car when it got to the garage

Opps;

I then wasted no time and put it in my brothers car; (Link to his project thread ( http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=601119 )

This is how it sits now I've started to spray the bay and wheel wells under the car as been wax oiled just need to make new brake lines and get the lump painted and fitted with my new inter-cooler and 3'' boost pipes (Note better quality pics because I got sick of my old phone so I bought an iphone lol) I've also removed the battery tray to tidy the bay up a little

And last but not least heres my new clutch, 4 paddle ap racing clutch and 4.2kg flywheel
