Just a section 59? Thought he would have thrown in jail for that stunt.

whats that for, to get up to 30/70 easier.
So you wont be driving like a twat, will it not wheelspin?
The amount you were banging on at me yet your fitting a c20let.
you just did a mobby fail, if im fitting a c20let id better get on the phone as theres something missing from my exhaust manifold, at the end of the day mate if i want to drive like a pleb i go round to my mates farm, if i want to drive fast in a straight line i got down to pod. end
so youve never been a bit of a muppet on the road?

If they had his speed though it must have been traffic surely therefore he could have been mated with a well hung black man for 6 months at her majesty's pleasure.

I have!! Cant justify tyres or fuel anymore!! Or the risk of fines, points and these section 59 jobbies. Far to old for that business.

End of the day Mobby, you did something wrong, got caught and got punished. Thats life. No point moaning about it, it happens, get over it.
I've driven like a muppet and been caught. Once i got a section 59, once 3 points and other times ive somehow got away with it but when i have been caught i haven't moaned, just put my hands up and say, fine you got me and accept your punishment.

Finally, someone who isnt just trying to be a twat. i really cant see how you can bang on about it if your fitting a c20let, come off the farm and pob business, it isnt the same as when you got twat up your arse is it.

Yeah and I went a little too quick round a corner nearly 2 years ago, wrote off a car which I'd had for no longer than 10 weeks, lost a fair amount on wonga and all my pride.
I soon picked myself up, got a new car and then passed my IAM test.
Quit moaning, do the crime, take the time.
Regardless of you wheelspinning in the carpark, you were racing on a public highway with a pologti you said, that deserves punishment.

however if hes committed an offence, then he repeats the offence does this not mean hes worth of a punishment instead of a slap on the wrist? i mean surely, im not saying anyones right or wrong here im giving my opinion which is that he should drive decently to keep his car, and that the police probably saw him as a risk to other road users so he should be punished and they are hoping he will drive more responsibly in future, i would have thought he would have listened to the advice tbh but he argued with me instead criticising me?

i agree he should be punished if he re-offends but seizing his car is MASSIVELY ott... imo of course.

I never said it wasn't harsh, you should see what i got a section 59 for
Granted i didnt get my car seized infact i thought they could only do that once you had been caught twice? The first time is a warning, at least thats what they said to me anyway

i agree with Mobby section 59's ARE WANK
i got one on my pit bike, on private land, with permission, even took a signed letter in they didn't care,
it also applies to my car.

its ott yes, but it will be his third offence will it not? and if hes done the crim he will have to accept the punishment, hence my suggestion for him to tone down his driving, he said he purposely spun the fronts up so next time i would encourage him to think twice
