Your clearly missing the point of convertibles if you think you need perfect sunshine and 3 figure heat to "enjoy" it.

On the contrary, i want an XR3i cabby for the summer because its a different sensation when you drive with the roof down.

I was just talking about other peoples generalisations and how you will come across toward the public eye. I dont care about what other people think, hence why i had a tigra for 6 months lol

Correct. With a hardtop, however, incorrect.

Massive image changed to a link!

You don't need massive temperatures. Mine is down more than it's up. In fact every journey I've made in the past three days has been sans roof.

You can hear more what is going on all around you so it's safer. You also get a better impression of speed. It's also just a pleasurable feeling like going for a nice walk but without the effort.

Anyone who sneers and jeers is missing the point. Most of the time anyone driving a convertible is doing so because they just want to be in a good mood. Road rage makes me laugh. Courtesy comes with attention and awareness. It's just nicer.

Yeah night time driving with the top down is awesome The heaters on, looking up and seeing the stars / driving through forests...

Great being able to smell the fresh air too - reminds me of riding my motorbike.

There's less wind in the driving seat of a convertible with the roof down than of a 5 door car with the window down and the pillar right behind you.

I don't mind driving "gay" cars, what matters to me is how a car drives.

I would own one of these

or one of these, any day of the week
