what is a tt99?
i have 3 points - for 46 in a 30
a section59 - was swerving side to side on the first night i had my vtr as it astounded me how much roll a standard car had, there was a t5 behind me
a caution for careless driving - pulled out on a mini roundabout infront of a woman, she pulled right up to the back of my car, the woman behind her hit her whilst changin a cd and she hit me, she then complained about me pulling out and as i was on cctv i was cautioned
i also got a £30 fine for being on mobile, and a £100 iir for being parked at a cruise

He clearly isn't learning his lesson so why do they give it back at all?

Should surely be jail time, a few speeding fines maybe, consistent not bothering to have a licence or insurance is a different matter, all they fines don't come close to what a licence and insurance cost so he'll never learn.

I dont think i know anyone in my circle of friends who hasn't got/had points.
Ive had 13 (one re-sit, and a 6 months ban)
1x CD30 handbrake turn (7 points £350 fine) within 2 years of passing test, so had to re-sit
1x CD30 rolled my car, going too fast. (6 points £400 fine) Totting up ban (TT99) of 6 months.

How did they prove you rolled your car? Did you hit anyone else?

Erm it was upside down in the middle of the road
The next driver stopped and phoned the police.
I would have rolled it onto its roof and hidden, but it wouldnt budge!
Took a fence out of the game too.

Ohhhhh yeah lol.
I was angry after an arguement with the now ex and driving like a shaft, met an oncoming van who was slightly over the line, and i overreacted, fishtailed, hit a fence/hedge sideways and rolled it onto its roof and slid down the road for 15 metres on its roof. Quite exciting!
I have pics somewhere....
