Is there a certain way of disconnecting the battery, so you don't electrocute yourself? And do you have to disconnect both red and black leads, or just 1?

Deano once you undo the wires just make sure they don't touch the terminal if the other wire is connected. I normally just take the live off.

and Gregg going to reset the ECU on Friday and see if it cures shitty idle at junction problem. If not, new ICV.

Undo the live. Lets any current stored anywhere flow back to the battery by the earth
