The money and the people.
Most of the time I enjoy what I do, sometimes it's a bit dull though.

I work for a company that creates ANPR software and specialist cameras for police forces aswell as speed cameras. We also do covert vehicle fits for every constabulary in the country. Our system is also in Mexico, Dubai, Afghanistan, Every american state, tunisia, costa rica, iran, chad, australia etc etc etc
I'm pretty much the company dogs body if you like. Taking phone calls from irate customers, having meetings to discuss maintenance contracts, I manage 7 people day to day work load as well as testing and fixing any kit that comes into the office that needs to be looked at. Means i get to drive police cars and vans and see some weird places.
In total the company is only 55 staff, however the annual turnover is balistic so pay is fantastic and so are all my perks

I would say for 19 that is good money. And the few perks that come with it I suppose.
But tell me, have you ever turned up to work, then your Boss has said go home, I have

yeah if I knock on the door and no one is in in the morning I get told to go home and get paid £100 for the privilige
happens more than you would think too, we work on rough council estates fitting new heating for the council, if the arseholes are polite they dont answer the door
if they arnt they open the door, we quite often get greeted at 8AM by " Fuck Off your not comming in this house making mess and noise *slam* "

The best thing about mine is I do it from home and with my brother managing it more or less full-time now I can just do anything I want when I want and I have a lovely little secretary.
I could be sat down doing something and walk into the main part of my house and just see my kiddies, it's great.
