Buying the car-£650
Everything including the XE £1000
TBH i never spend more than i can make back on a car.Dont see the point losing out on all that money. And if im buying stuff i make sure i can sell what im replacing so i dont lose out on too much.Best way of doing it and so far its made me ££££ on cars in the past.

Car - 2k (2 1/2 years ago)
Mods - worked it out a while ago to 3k
Rough idea of why I've spent so much despite it not looking that different:
Brand new 16in Comps - £630 + 8 tyres in the time I've had the wheels
Brand new Billies Sprintline kit - £350ish
Brand new Cobra Imola seats - £225 each + sidemounts + subframes + adaption bars, altogether the full package cost me £750
Harnesses - £120ish
2 Exhausts - £200 each, 1st one was SHIT
and a few other bits
Plans to spend on it in the future include
c20xe, z18xe or x18xe1, can't decide yet was actually considering going for the XE standard at first and build a z18 over time then swap em
Throttle bodies
Management
Cams etc.
4 pots
possible rear disc conversion
possible coilovers
cage
possible respray, some bits need tidying and I've been thinking of a colour change
Lashings of carbon fibre, mainly the front end and roof
That's all I can think of for now, I've no doubt I've forgot quite a few things and I'll find other things to buy for it too.
It's all good fun

Mini No.1 - Cost £3400
Spent £1250 on 1st round of repairs, it ran for about 6 wks after that then broke again
£550 on second round of repairs. Drove it for about 10 miles straight to Colin's from the workshop, its never turned a wheels since and it is now lying in bits in his garage
Mini No.2 - Cost £7600 iirc, only spent money on lights about £170
