I'm sorry but if a little kid runs under your ST's bumper whilst you're doing 40mph, it isn't going to look good. You're speeding, I'm speeding. We both know the risks. Stop being a hypocrite and go and jump on another bandwagon.

You're telling me to quit speeding when you speed yourself.

Would you like me to point you to the definition?

I'm sure I recognise the area in those photos. Where was the crash?

Any pics of the bike prior to the crash?

Sorry but thats bollox,my dad hit the back of a lorry, its a lorry used for transporting gravel and rocks from the local quarry.(not sure on lorrys technical name lol) his head hit the rear diff/axle after him and the bike ended up underneath it at over 50mph and yet he walks fine as i said earlier in this thread all he cant do now is straighten his middle finger.

He hasnt been on a bike since but he is getting one soon so he says.

It all depends how you land.

I know somebody who came off at 140mph and they walked away. I know people who've crashed at 30 and broken bones. It depends on the individual situation.

My bad then, I thought that you were on the blue R6, and Luke (SRI Luke?) was stood next to the black R6.

What I was getting at was that he'd appologised earlier for wearing "chav" clothes whilst riding the bike, stating he'd just finished working on it.

I hit a car at 70mph and rolled over the top, landed awkwardly and only broke my humorous.

Not jumping on any "bandwagon"... I've stayed out of the bickering up to now, the only other comment I made was wishing your mate a full recovery.

I was just worried that you ride without leathers, which when considering what you've said about the way you ride (I'm not judging BTW), wouldn't be too good really.

Ouch! Very nasty. I saw a very nasty bike crash at snetterton, right in front of me on Thursday. Really shook me up. Never seen anything like that happen so close. I just wanted to jump the barrier and help the guy as the marshall took ages to do anything.
