Delete the device off the machine completely, uninstall the driver and then reinstall it off an OEM XP CD.

ARRRGGGHHH why is nothing in this world ever simple
been on the phone to millions of different people since about 10 and got no where really
turns out a p35 amendment i sent got stuck halfway so they havent received it so i cant chase up someones refund (hopefully getting sorted soon)
and then ringing up to find out what people are entitle to holiday wise isnt easy

no its all done online got stuck somewhere somehow but tbf the amendment seems to think its an original so the wont accept 2 originals
