Thing that puts me off is like the bit in friends where ross sees monica and chandler..i can imagine it with my mum watching

just go talk to him.. or when you see him going out to his car..leave your place at the same time by complete coincidence of course and make eye contact and smile then walk off ..go to shops or somthing
