From that stupid tiny bump last year the guy is claiming personal injury and over £500 worth of damage to his car for (broken bumper clips and fitting and rear panel damage) and the claims company want to go 50.50 but wtf do i get out of it as i have shit all to claim for 
If this happens i lose the 2 no claims i have (but will gain 1 with curent insurer) and if that happens i'll be paying stupid money to insure the golf, which would more than likely result in me letting mum/dad drive it until i get my no claims back CUNT!!!!!!
