There's a van in the Industrial Estate next to where I work that does an All Day Breakfast Stottie containing the following:

3 x Bacon
3 x Sausage
2 x Eggs
2 x Black Pudding
2 x Hash Brown
Beans
Mushrooms

They advertise it as 'The Heart Breaker' absolutely immense hang over cure when washed down with a bottle of Irn Bru

Nice smoked bacon, fat cut off and not done very much. Plenty of it on buttered white bread so it melts.

No I'm in Northumberland, but a friend of mine always brings me a batch of square sausage to freeze from his local butchers when he visits from Scotland. I have to ration myself between deliveries
