but f youhave it doen on nhs, can you be picky who does the sugery etc? and what ones you want? i.e i want the tear drop ones and they say if your skinny its best tohave them over the muscle rather than under i think?! so would just some random surgen be like yeah you can have them, and stick cheap silicon in etc... :-S alsowould i still be covered if i got insurance etc...

NHS dont really give you big ones if i remember correctly.
They give you them in proportion to your body... I doubt they'd go that big with you being so small...

You expect all that for free?  No wonder the NHS is in such disarray they are performing boob jobs while people are on extremely lengthy waiting lists for LIFE threatening surgery

You would have to really prove that they are affecting your life and in particular your self confidence etc, causing severe depression et al... I think that perhaps the fact that you do modelling may kind of counteract this argument...
