Because it's step by step, tells you exactly what tools and bolts and torque settings everything has to be at and looks quite simple

does it tell you what to do if your spring compressors are too long or if the strut top mount bolt sheers and just spins

I didn't read it tbh.

If I can find a set of wheels the same as yours with tyres for not much more than i'm paying for 4 new tyres atm i might get them, causing me to lower it, and then i'll find out.
