drive like a badger, then normally go to this place where i can just sit and chill out with no one around.

but im not normally a angry person, it takes quite alot to get me to that state.

I work more efficiently, and tend to block people out. which works really well

gym, rocky soundtrack and punch bag untill i cant move my arms normally helps

or watch a shite reality tv show to remind me off how much better my life is than other peoples. (normally can be found on mtv)
