I was shocked too Steve.
Don't want to make a post about this as I'll get abused , but while driving the XE last night i found that the front end seems alot more controlled in corners than when i had my 1.6 1.6 felt very skittish at front, might just be personal preference though i suppose

Tis over your budget isn't it? Your insurance is going to go up with your points aswell, if you can afford it get it bought!

boys, I've learnt something lately when it comes to insurance, cars, maintenance..
its always going to cost more then you think, and insurers are cunts. sadly thats life, so just pay for it and enjoy it

Just thinking with the fact that i thought he sold it so that he can get something on the cheap so he has money for other plans, surely just buying the 1.6 is going to cost more than he sold his corsa for...
but if he can afford it then he should get it!! that thing is lush and he's been after an airdam for god knows how long shame he didnt keep the kamei

the 1.6 will be a nice upgrade indeed, i drove my mates sxi before he crashed it and it seemed fairly gutless in comparison
