I'm at school and everyone around me is laughing and having fun and they're all just hugging and enjoying each other's company

and I'm over in the corner just constantly vomiting and for some reason all I can vomit up is complete ice cream cones and people start running up because they want ice cream and I try and try to warn them that the ice cream is poisonous but they can't understand me because I can't stop vomiting

everyone eats the ice cream and initially they think it's delicious and they all compliment me and I feel proud of myself for once in my life and question whether maybe the ice cream wasn't really poison after all and maybe I am capable of creating something beautiful

but then they start screaming and screaming and not stopping and they clutch their throats and fall to the ground still screaming and it never ends

meanwhile my body has severely atrophied from vomiting so many nutrients up and I fall to the ground also and I try to crawl to the phone to call for help but all I can do is flail helplessly and everyone around me begins to stop struggling as they expire and right before they do they all look at me with the strangest look that says "you ruined my life which had so much promise, I could have done great things" and I just feel so guilty that I want to die but I can't and I'm trapped in the room forever squirming and crying surrounded by the bodies of my peers
