if ure sayin u cant make a living out of it, then your wrong... we made anything from 100-1k a week each.. very rare if we was down in a week.

but it was long hours every day, the winnings i mentioned didnt include all the clothes, food, petrol and other bits while we was out on our travels either

if u know what ure doing, there is big big money to be made, its wether u want the skanky life of living in an arcade for 52 weeks of ure life..

i'm intrigued, what did you do? hover around watching people lose then playing?

PS i'm shit on them so not like i'd try and make a living out of them.

ok, how did we do it. there was always 2 of us. the 1st few weeks are spent scanning the area for machines that are worth playing, eg, battle axes, reel roultte, revolution, monopoly sit downs golden games etc etc. all machines that "run" pay more than 25 in one hit.

once u have a list of decent machines and where they are, you find out when they are refloated by speaking to people who know (family who work for compmnay who supplies machines to pubs round here). this way u know when to go play, and when not to go play. u then assess the amount of people in that building at vaired times of the day to tell when is best to go there. we had a huge amount of data, an a4 diary full.

you then travel around "checking" (anything thats full on a couple of quid, or playing in a certain way) the machines on a daily basis, but only ones that are good on that day, according to your data. anything thats full you chase (play for a run only)

in a short way thats how it was done, and i know people who are earning a serious amount still doing it. one guy i know has over 30k of pound coins under his matteress that he is saving to buy a bigger house with. hes 50 btw
