Yeah i have to do my self appraisal then manager has to do one with what he thinks, and then we write our comments at the bottom of that and then it gets sent to the big cheese to see if i am worthy of the suggested rise

man you appraisal sounds well formal

Every year mine comes up and my boss takes me out to lunch, we normally go for noodles and talk about how well the company has done since i've been there, then he tells me how I'm an asset and all this talk

Then he asks how much more I want

I tell him how much does he think I'm worth

Then we go back and forth being queers

Then I give him a figure thats too high

he tells me its too high, but he cant afford to loose me, so offers me slightly less

I take it and he hates me abit for a few days

I'm in a weird position, I'd like to be an all out cunt and get some proper dough in but the company cant handle payments like that in its current size and I want to see it out to the end cause i've been offered shares and shit.
