Maybe I am taller? Never really measured myself.

Its not AIDS, I have a inflamed and narrowed bowel, Chron's disease. Its awful, I believe when I eat my stomach isn't taking the proper nutrients into my body to make me fit again.

Chrons disease is pretty serious isnt it? Do you not in some cases have to get part of your bowel removed as it cant be fixed? its also linked to cancer?

Not linked to cancer, it is serious and it hurts. I was set to have the operation but decided against it as its not a long term fix and could come back again and make things worse.

i thought it was linked to bowel cancer, maybe im just getting confused with similar symptoms. Iv got ibs, isnt as bad as an ibd tho still a royal pain
