have been going to gym 4 times a week for dead on 5 months now.
its working well, with a good mix of weights and cardio. Plus a pretty good diet (i still have pizza, crisps and beer but cut right down)

was doing some weights at home before i started at the gym, just to get a little work done. but seen bigger results from using supplements *Promax Extreme*

buff tingz is correct..

if, like me, you really cant be arsed to sort out 5 meals a day or something like that.
then they can help add to your diet and give you buff bod the extra protein/creatine it needs to repair and build muscle

currently I'm eating the following:

1 latte
3 shredded wheat with semi skinned milk

1 latte
possibly a small portion of dried fruit and nuts if i'm peckish

monster salad with either chicken, turkey or beef.

**GYM**

Pasta for dinner with some gay sauce, or if I'm lucky I'll eat meat and veg with the family.

i stay off the carbs after the gym, you should have carbs straight after workout but i stay off them for dinner etc, as you won't be burning it as much which will make it store into fat more than likely

Come one Craig W the anticipation is killing me!
