Had the interview, went quite well I think, although employer always do seem to hang on to your every word in an interview. They said they would let me know by the end of the week.

Big problem though, if they do offer me it. They said the starting salary was £10500-11000 with a pay review every 1-3 months and shares given annually. I told them what I was on now and what I expected, so theres no chance of been offered more than I'm on now I think!!!

I seriously can't believe thats your salary mark, im looking to move now and wont move for anything less than 15k

and thats for an unskilled admin/ordering/supervisory type role, and im 20!

Damn right Jamie, Ive actually almost made the same as I was earning this year, being a student!!

Student Loan - £4500
College Hardship fund - £2000
Worked April - September £6500
Tax rebate £1000

So this year being a student ive made £14k..........previous year working for a scumbag I made £16k

Done an HNC & hopefully getting a job offshore to make 40-60k.
