Pulsar GTI-R - Couldn't get indsurance
Ibiza - Not sure whether i'm gonna have enough money to get a nice one
Golf with 20vt conversion - Apperently not worth the money doing it
Corrado - still really interested
Enzo - Your a prick
200sx - Insurance!
Looking at mk golf gti's 20vt's aswell.
you cant get insured on a 2litre turbo, but you want to get a 20vt?
the difference in a japenese drift car and a spannish shopping trolley is quite a bit in insurance apperently
I've had a 1.8 20VT so i know i can get insured. where as a pulsar and a 200sx are too much.

Just phoned Admiral, Insurance for me on a 2.0 8v corrado is £1300, G60 is £1200. I think i might make an offer on the blue g60 with 223 bhp then buy the bbs split rims off the green one for £800. seems like a plan to me.

Yeah i've now got my heart set on one. Just not sure if the 8v is a better option? Less to go wrong, oh, i really don't want a vr6, too much on fuel.

And a supercharged one isn't especially if it's been fettled and is running 220bhp :llol:
Not as if you can really drive it off boost either

IMO a Rado would be alot better to drive then the golf vr6 as it was renound for its boat like qualities IIRC. Drive both then report back

If you get that G60, keep £1k set aside for when it breaks!!
Other than that it should be fun. Mate at works bro-in law had one, said it was great fun but not all that reliable & needed money chucked at it to keep it going. That was quite a while ago when they wernt 17yrs old aswell!!

Well if i got something along those lines i'd have about a grand left over from the sale plus about a grand in savings which was destined for the pug, now it's destined for those bbs rims!
