im just doing dumbells atm, i can do 10kg, but im trying 15kg lol and i can do a max of 5 reps on each arm,so i gotta change back down, i know im pushing it, but there is no point in doing 5kg :/, whats ur usual amount of reps u do

make sure ur back is against something. So you don't through it up. No swinging. Your cheating yourself.

cheers, if im bulking, how many sets of how many reps would u recommend on a weight i feel comfortable with ie 8-10kg

I did this at first, thinkin 'eh, this aint too bad' untill i was told to keep my upper arm vertical, stand straight, and only move my lbow joint. Its sooo much harder, but works.

Do you do it on your own, or with a friend? Coz you do a set, then him, then you, then him. Don't do a set and have a cup of tea then do another. 1min rest is about right. You could try enjuro (spelling) 10 reps on your dumbells, 10 pressups. 30 secs. same again. 4 times.

i just do it on a night, ill try 3 sets of 10 just laying down and pushing up, then 2 sets of 10 just curling my biceps

Do it when ever you get the time. Although if you get into a routeen, it'll be easyer to keep doing it. And "3 sets of 10 just laying down and pushing up, then 2 sets of 10 just curling my biceps" sounds ok.

i try to do a few sets of bicept curls and a few sets of chest flys when i can be bothered, im really determined to do something bout it

now need to eat more, i feel embarrassed weighing just over 9 stone, im 21 ffs lol 16 yrs old are bigger than me

I have no1 to goto the gym with, as everyone is at work when i can go. BUt i would rather train on my own.

Want to hit the gym hard, building it up to training around 4/5 days a week.

I just have no motivation at all. But if i go, like i used to, and notice a change, i think that will spur me on.

I weigh 11st now. Want to get to around 13/14.

As i dont have a big appetite, but i can drink like a fish, can anyone reccomend a carb supplement sort of thing, just to help put some weight on???

you still weigh 9 stn after going to gym? you didnt gain any weight during what you were doing?

Tryed all them drinks, High this, Extra that. Proten drink after a sesh, to repair your muskels (how do you spell that thing).

eating chicken, egg, any meat, but don't like fish. i'm 9 now. i got up to 9st7lb. that was when i was 18. when i was at my peak!

problem is like glb, i dnt have a big appetite and im very selective when eating, i cant stand chicken breast lol, i wont eat it unless its nice juicy and tender, cooked perfect, if i eat chickken i usually eat thighs of legs only

I love chicken, how can you not like breast, its the best bit. Just pure meat!

Steve, i'm lookin for a carb supplement shake thing, if i find a decent one il let you know. I'm hoping i can get one that puts weight on.
