stick to the law and you have nothing to worry about eh, thats funny have you even read the thread, shep was sticking to the law and he got a fine!

And im no police officer but im sure if a police man sees a young lad they will give him a fine and just assume he will pay it and not take it to court any way, as tbh most people would just pay the fine; not many people have a clue about the law so they would pay it regardless if it may not be a safe fine ect.

And totally my opinion but every time i have needed the police or my friends have needed the police they have been useless, only thing they seem able to do apart from harass innocent hardworking people is give fines out.
