I quite like the old shape Impreza and even had a lend of a P1 for a bit, but whenever I see them all Chaved up I realise why I would probably never purchase one

The thing that annoys me about CTR drivers is how deluded some of them are
Remember the big argument we had a while back about a race I had with a CTR?
They were saying that my car was just a granny mobile with a 2.0 engine fitted...
Pot, kettle, black?
I tried explaning this to them & they seemed to think they were a cut above. Maybe I'm being biased but I'd hardly consider the Civic to be a luxury car!
And the thing about them being older & more mature? From my experience with that website it was far more childish than on here. Some people were pathetic to say the least. Some people were sound though & saw things from a realistic point of view

I can hold up my hands and agree with this point, I didnt buy an impreza for it to be pretty, it does rattle, is flimsy in places, interior pretty poor. However for the price what is better for point to point pace? if i wanted a straight line rocket i would have got a supra or rx7.
I dont drive around thinking im the best car on the road per se, i do however drive around with the knowledge that i have grip, handling, braking etc to put down every last BHP my car has in nearly all weather conditions, this is what makes these cars special IMHO.

Looks wise ive seen better tbh, its just a 4 door saloon with a wing on the back IMO.... although that one looks better than the one posted earlier in this thread... its all about taste i supose
