If one of them has got no chain or a small chain it may be worth taking a few grand less just to get it through quickly. Chains of 9 people or whatever take so long to complete because someone always fcuks up somewhere.

yeah in 2 minds to see what happens over weekend though as a good time for ppl to come around etc.....
