Jamie Woodland, think he only has one school though. Grader for our association is Mark Junday (5th Dan)- Ex World Kick Boxing champion I think.

Oh no, different fella.

I cant remember his name (would if I saw it!) but knew he was ex british and european karate champ, and ex british kick boxing champ. He was a little black fella but built like a brick shithouse.

Build yourself up, it's ok doing all these flying kicks people go on about, but what if you try them on someone who just doesn't give a fuck, raised by habitual fighters for money, who can shrug off a heavy crack to the head.

Ive done a few martial arts, its well worth it
Done karate, chinese boxing, kung fu, boxing, chinese weapons...
Will keep u fit and believe it or not it does help with discipline outside of martial arts too
