Did you even go? I've read and heard from people that went that we were unlucky and 4-0 was definately flattering. Guy on Sky Sports said we more than held our own. Also FYI we had no naturally left sided players playing, bar one and he isn't even fit. Still it's only taken you 10+ years to actually do something in this division............well done.

Indeed Nath.
Did you see the reports this morning.
Newell is on the verge of falling out with the management (which has been pretty harmonious up until now)
The new ground has had to be put back because of the fooking airport - all major developments have been blocked for 4 years because of the airport extention

wednesday aren't going down, and leeds aren't going up IMHO, look at some of the teams they have lost to this season. There are only 8 points between the relegation zone to the promotion places, so you cant really go writing any teams off yet

TBH, i don't think it would be such a bad thing if Leeds didn't go up this season. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see them back up in the top flight where they belong, but at the moment they just aren't strong enough as a team. They can hold their own in the championship but they aren't back to premiership quality again yet. It will take a while to get that back after losing practically the whole team after going down. Would rather see them stay down this year & go up next year when they are (fingers crossed) ready for it than to go up now & come straight back down again

we all said this about ipswich, one more year, one more year, one more year....then finally our year come, last year, and we didnt take the opportunity...and now look at us. the championship is a hard trap to escape, and i think leeds will be stuck here for a few more years yet

There's a difference between hoping and pretending! I hope to win the lottery twice a week but i dont go round pretending I have, although that could be fun till the credit card bill came
At the end of the day we all hope for the best every game, every season etc.. even those who follow really crap teams
I'm hoping we will go up but I'm also hoping we will go up because we are good enough and not before.

here, here!! well said!!
I cant wait to see Leeds back in the top flight, but as you say, would rather wait untill next year when we are playing consistently and deserve to be in the prem!!
Im thinking we will finish in a play-off position this year, but the team who beats us in the play-offs will get promoted!!

Why do Luton think they are the bee's knees? They have the worst stadium in the league along with Brighton (although not for long) by a country mile and have only just come up from League 1 which lets face it isn't too tricky and are, or should I say, were riding on confidence from promotion. I'll bet you a tenner Luton will finish around 15-16th this season and struggle next

Says a Watford boy. If you knew anything about Luton and Watford you'll know it's Luton everytime. Bet you can't even name either firm?

Who said we are the bee's knees? Love for you to find a quote where any Luton fan has ever said that. I love Kenilworth Road, if I had my way i'd stay put but make it bigger. A bigger shit hole
Yes League 1 is piss, just ask 2 times European Cup winners Notts Forrest........
So if we finish higher than 15th I get a nice crisp £10? One that I could collect last day of the season as we play you at Turf Moor that day? I'll take it!

Yeah dunno what to think at the moment. It's all up in the air, the lutonfc.com message board is 'junction 12' mad right now.

If Luton had started to fall away after 5 or 6 games i would have agreed with you but 15 games in and we are still sitting pretty.
We have something at Luton that we havent had for many years. A very good manager and more importantly the players are HAPPY. You would be surprised how much difference that makes.
Ive supported Luton all my life (being a luton man born and bred ) and im proud of it. Granted we dont have the power for the top flight - far from it - but the championship i think we can hold our own and start to bulid for the future.
Shame about the stadium not getting the go ahead but to be honest i love keniworth rd. But we need a 30,000 stadium to take us to the future.
Im a realist, possibly biased but Luton do have abaility and anyone who has doubted that this season has paid the price (not Sheff Utd :lol
