Work hard eat right and you will soon start to see the difference

wonder why that is, over training????

over training im not some mug mate i do know what im talking about.

Monday- chest
Tuesday- day off
Wednesday- back
thursday train -shoulders
Friday -arms
Sat - small bit on chest and arms combined.
Sun off

not always run like that but gives you some idea of how i work it.
also 3 times a week i do some sort of aero either running or the x-trainer 30 mins.

How are you not going to get spider legs with a routine like that.

seems to me instead of people just calling other people mugs and critisising them for there routines or thoughts ect, it would have been more benificial if the people who are doing the critisising to offer some incite or at least tell them why they are being called mugs. obviously it seems some people on here are power lifters or what ever fair enough but dont sit on a high perch and call other people just becasue there not doing the same as what you are doing or doing it for a different reason or whatever doesnt meen your better than some one cos you can lift loads more ect ect

dont meen any offence to any one here but it just seems people are having a go at other people and thinking there better for going a different way about training, and if you dont agree type why you dont you know pros and cons ect dont just say "mug"

also i have to agree with davido a bit on here not mentioning his training routine or whatver, but there are a lot of power lifters i see in my gym and to me they just look well fat i meen fair enough they have massive shoulders arms ect but there guts hang over there trousers, and they can lift loads ect but yeh just my take on things. i would rather look physically fit and be of average strength ect than a total power house who looks like a big fat hulk.

I don't think steroids are a good idea, for health reasons, just put a bit of hard graft in Ben, don't ever do the same routines neither, you need to give your body a boost every once in a while, do something different or do your exercises in different orders everytime you train.

moral of the story is still the same:

"do your own research"

Plenty of bodybuilding websites and message boards. Magazines such as muscle mag, muscles and fitness & Flex etc.

Im ducking out of this thread now, ill giggle in silence, I think there is at least one training thread per month that degenerates into arguements. And probably on average one steroid thread every 3/4 months again the same. I have contributed some sensible replies to these before but i cannot be arsed anymore.

I stand by my statement that CS is not the place to seek training advice. You could ask si, craig, jake or myself for tips/knowledge and we would all give different answers. It takes years of trial and error and doing your own research to discover what works for you and what does not.

pretty much yeah, my jobs helps greatly average calorie intake for a male age 21 + 2500 calories, mine because of my job and training is 3500 so shows you what difference that makes.
