No, because they failed it on the damages they have done!! It's pretty much a write off at the moment, in that condition with no MOT. I don't understand why there are no scrathes on the bonnet from the glass . They are bastards.

Aye, cos I was gonna say, kick up if they issued a certificate as its got cracked screen etc! That woulda been ace if they'd passed it!
Some customer at work today told me i wouldnt find ANYTHING wrong with his 03 plate Celica(his pride n joy!). I pissed him off Paint blister on offside rear 1/4, scratch on nearside front wing and the SMALLEST dent in the world ever on the passenger door that he couldnt see! haha, wanker
To scratch the bonnet, it would have to have something run across it, i.e a scratch runs from end to end, that flipped up and prolly straight back down again when the stamped on the brakes!
Actually, ask where it happened and go see if theres any skid marks, get it investigated how fast they were going! REALLY screw em!

bet he was really happy that you pointed out all the bad stuff on his car that he couldn't see. They will drive him mad now!!
They have told us where it happened, but i don't see how it could have happened there. Apparently, the bloke pix his kids up from places in people's cars who leave them there for their MOT, so i reckon he was on a dual carraigeway or something

Oh rite, cheers, thats the bit you meant ! Yeah, he does. Loads of people have seen him do it. That's well cheeky aint it! I think the garage thinks they can piss us about because mum is on her own, and my bro is quite young, they are trying to take advantage wich is also really bad of them. Why is the paint like that do you think?

The plastic panel has snapped as a result of the bonnet arm in that corner lifting up further than it should
also the window rubber has been moved by the plastic when its snapped which will have been fairly tight causing the paint to ripple - useually happens if you have respray with rubbers left on as they hold moisture underneath

Its not been prepped properly when its been sprayed in the past, mine did the exact same thing, hence me getting the whole car sprayed a couple months back(mine went all the way up and half way along to the back of the car, both sides!)And there were other bits wrong with the bodywork ontop of that!

My old Corsa was like that in that exact same spot when it was repaired from an accident - the work was done by VAUXHALL themselves!

Even if it does get sorted report them anyway. It may stop them doing it again.

Report them AFTER the work is done though, otherwise they are likely not to bother doing it!

If they do the work, and it was an accident, my brother might not report them, but at the moment it doens't look likely that they will even consider fixing anything else other than the window! But we will get a solicitor or something, because att he mo, like that and with no MOT it's a rite off.
