I wanted to apply for KPMG in their business advisory stream, but they asked for 320 UCAS points and I only have 300

I'm in business advisory
Apply anyway mate. It never hurts to try. Which Uni did you go to/course? what did you get?
Also, they love work experience, especially relevent stuff so if you have that kind of stuff then they'll prob let you sit the verbal/numeracy tests and then after that everyones equal.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained

Hardly struggling for grad recruitment. KPMG had 8000 applications this yr
I think they struggle with experienced hire though as you say becuase people just want the ACA and the name on the CV and then move on.

Just got a new job i'm a IT Analyst and get approx £20k + Bonus/Pension/Life assurance
Not as much as Tim but I don't live in the centre of London.
Not bad considering I didn't get a degree and i'm 23.
I have my own flat, car + motorbike so I can just about survive off it
