not read the whole post (cant be arsed) but if you want to gain muscel then have a good diet (4-6 small foods a day) and have a good structured routine then start taking supplements! if you stick to it you will gain shit loads of muscel as your new to the game!

i just set my self targets , i usually do 2 reps that i am comfy with then knock the weight up one so its more of a challenge. ive only been going proper for about 2-3month but i have defianatly got fitter , can run alot more on the machine and lift more than when i started, i just take creatine before i go to gym like one spoonfull in with a glass of milk , and then a spoonfull of protein powder in with a glass of milk after . I used to go out to pub every night and drink 3 -4 pints then then out and have about 10 on a friday and the same on a sat , then have about 6 on sunday . Now ive wuit drinking lager and drink vodka with whatever.

i dont know if am taking creatine and protein right like , just what ive been told to do

so i just take creatine? so what if i have milk and eggs thats protein? so surly they would work with each other, the guy who told me whos like a reg in the gym said one before training and the other after

yes you can have both, totally different things. Creatine is to do with energy systems and is used to help form ATP. Whereas the proteins are to help build and repair muscles. iirc

I only started couple of months ago. Defintely gettin stronger. dont do much leg work as played football all my life. First night in gym I maxed every leg machine in there. One which isolates the quads can do 200kg on it. Chest press now sits @ 60kg (struggled to do 20 when I started) also struggled doin press ups. Now do 100 a day

Yellow means your dehydrated, clear means your not.

Creatine can be linked with increased water storage within the muscles. It works more effectively if the person keeps them self hydrated at all times. Drinking plenty of water all the time.

its both mate , but i piss like 10+ times a day , i had mumps a few wk back and i aint been right since , thats when ive noticed the dehydrating .my mouths always dry , and when i eat i get no saliva which makies eating hard

what you mean did i just jump straight in .

i only have one heaped t-spoonful in with a glass of milk , about an hour before training , then a heaped t-spoon of protein an hour after training
